Yesterday, unseen by me, a tablet I was taking, crumbled and fell onto the kitchen floor. I did not take much notice as I did not really see it fall.
The next day, my cat was her happy self as I let her into the kitchen. She was sniffing along the floor and must have eaten something she found on the floor but did not like because she suddenly jumped into the air. Next thing I know, all this froth and spit and saliva is pouring out of her, like if you saw Dr who in November 2009, those aliens had water pouring out of their mouths. I was all alone and had no idea what to do. It just kept on pouring out of her mouth. I quickly grabbed her water bowl and gave it to her but she jumped into the air and ran into the next room. She must have been terrified. Every time all this water came out her mouth, she would jump. I ran to ring my dad but he didn’t know what to do and when I came back I found her on top of the boiler. She meowed unhappily as she saw me and slowly started closing her eyes. I could not let my cat go now. I have had her since I was six. She is like a little sister I never had because when I was younger I did used to put her in my dolls pram and push her around. It was then that I started crying, not realising how much she meant to me. I kept talking to her, encouraging her to keep awake. Fortunately, she did, and ten minuets later she jumped down and is now resting but seems fine.
It was a scary experience and showed me just how much she means to me and not to drop any tablets onto the floor!
